Runners now create Git worktrees: pick a repository, name a branch, and start a fresh checkout without touching your main code. Runners can access Secrets & Env Vars configured on ampcode.com, applied per thread with the --amp-env flag. Threads in runner-created worktrees get an Archive and Remove Worktree action to clean up. The directory picker now offers New Directory and New Project options to create folders on the fly.
