Amp now lets users run Orbs on their own infrastructure with the new Self-Hosted Orbs feature. Users install the amp orb provider, which receives spawn, pause, and delete requests from Amp and dispatches them to their own scripts. The provider can be deployed via Helm on GKE, EKS, or AKS, using pre-built images or custom Linux images. Self-Hosted Orbs are free for individuals and teams, with standard enterprise pricing starting October 29.
