Restricted mode (`--restricted` flag) now disables command execution and web fetching tools while keeping file operations within the working directory. Usage credits endpoint lets Enterprise users request higher limits from admins. Cross-session messaging between Claude Code instances is now supported on Bedrock, Vertex, and Foundry when telemetry is disabled. The `/loop` command now always offers self-paced dynamic mode and autonomous defaults across all platforms.
