Version 2.1.296 introduces a new code policy key for the Claude apps gateway, mirroring CLI settings and enabling gateway mode in Claude Desktop’s Code tab. A new CLAUDE_CODE_WORKFLOW_SUBAGENT_MODEL option lets all workflow agents share a single model while other subagents retain their own models. Admins with Claude Tag Admin rights can now create, edit, and delete workspace and channel memory files directly from the Activity page’s Memory tab.
