Cline v4.0.7 adds a one-click option to switch to usage-based billing when ClinePass limits are reached. Users can now select free Cline models on the ClinePass provider, organized into Subscribed and Free tabs with descriptions. Cline CLI v3.0.39 enables selecting free Cline models in the model picker.
