Cline 0.0.17 merges Plugins, MCP, Skills, Rules, Hooks, and Tools into a single Customize hub with tabbed sections and live counts, eliminating the separate Marketplace page. The Models page now groups providers by connection status and shows OAuth sign-in options directly instead of API key fields. New, Schedule, and Customize buttons now appear as labeled rows below the logo for faster access.
