Hermes Agent 0.22.2 adds Nemotron to default NVIDIA NIM models

The CLI now includes Nemotron in the NVIDIA NIM default model list. The agent now uses the released model name Nemotron 3.5 Super VL for better compatibility. The plugin catalog adds the Teamorouter provider, expanding available model sources. The plugin catalog also adds OpenInvest, bringing new financial-data capabilities.
