Pi 1.4.0 adds image input for classifiers and Rex terminal upgrades

Pi 1.4.0 adds image input for classifiers, letting models.classify() accept images for TypeSafe Jev and Cloudflare Clef. The Rex terminal now supports OSC 8 hyperlinks, true-color output, and inline images. A new MiniMax-M3.1-Flash model is available in the minimax and minimax-cn providers with configurable thinking levels.
