Warp released several updates in September 2026, adding integrations with popular tools and improving team management and debugging capabilities.
Integrations and Providers
- Grok Build support: Warp now detects Grok Build sessions, displays a branded footer, and enables rich input mode for seamless integration.
- ChatGPT plan integration: You can now use your ChatGPT plan with Warp's agent by signing in via Settings, with real-time usage and cost display in the agent input footer.
- Factory MCP access: Claude Code and Codex executions can automatically access the Factory MCP for enhanced capabilities.
- fzf integration: Built-in fzf support lets you invoke file search with Ctrl-T and command history search with Ctrl-R directly from the shell widget.
Team and Workspace Management
- Team switching and browsing: Native workspace users can now browse open teams and join them from Teams settings, and switch teams directly from Settings without leaving the application.
- Docker registry secrets: A new
oz secret create docker-registrycommand provides direct CLI creation of docker-registry secrets.
Debugging and Environment Handling
- Improved debug agent resilience: The debug agent in cloud now starts inside retained sessions even when environment setup fails, preserving the original failure record for better troubleshooting.
- Mixed Git forge support: Repositories from both GitHub and GitLab now clone from their correct hosts and maintain credentials for both forges on refresh.
