Windsurf 3.6.22 adds a guided migration wizard to help you move hooks, workflows, and memories from Cascade, with per-item selection and reviewable results. Devin Local customizations now include a Plugins section to review, install, and manage plugins and their associated skills, rules, hooks, and MCP servers. MCP servers from CLI plugins and project configs now appear in the Devin Local UI with an Authenticate button for OAuth flows. Remote agent sessions can open browser previews in Devin Desktop, with captured elements and console output available as pending context.
