Custom agents can now be created in Amp plugins and used as your main agent, subagents, or spawned as multiple worker agents you switch between. Each custom agent displays a unique orb color. Threads let you send messages and wait for agent responses asynchronously, enabling workflows where spawned agents can respond back to parent threads.
