Amp agents can now run remotely in orbs, isolated machines that spin up per thread and bill by the minute, letting you launch multiple agents simultaneously without local resource constraints. You control remote agents through the same interface as local ones, reviewing changes, browsing files, and syncing code back to your machine. Use amp -ox to spawn agents in orbs directly from the command line or TUI, enabling longer-running tasks like performance optimization and extended testing workflows that would otherwise consume local resources.
