Cline v4.0.0 introduces ClinePass, a subscription service integrated into VS Code with onboarding, provider selection, and live model lists. The new Customize marketplace lets you discover and manage Skills, MCP servers, and Plugins directly from the extension. Cline Plugins extend the tool with custom tools, workflows, and integrations tailored to your team or project. Queued prompts now let you submit messages while Cline works, with the ability to cancel before they run. You can now edit and regenerate previous user messages, and more providers share unified model pickers and reasoning controls. The CLI v3.0.30 adds SAP AI Core provider support.
