Agent Plugins are now discovered and managed through a shared Hub, with packages from ~/.agents/plugins validated and their skills automatically available to the agent. Plugin settings now list Agent Plugins separately, showing descriptions, badges, and contributed tools with Hub-managed enable/disable controls. Workspace .agents/plugins directories are intentionally ignored.
