Cline Desktop now runs tasks in isolated git worktrees, keeping your working tree untouched while the agent works in a fresh branch under ~/.cline/worktrees/; deleting the task cleans up both the worktree and branch. The model catalog expanded across all versions to 209 providers and 6,237 models, adding AI21 Labs, Inco, OCI Generative AI, and others. Default models shifted for dozens of providers toward DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, GLM 5.3 Flash, and MiMo V2.6 Flash; unpinned users on affected providers will see different defaults.
