Hub plugin loading now runs inside Cline, so a JavaScript runtime on the PATH is no longer required. Plugin error reporting shows clear warnings, lists failures as plugin_failure in cline config tools --json, and lets you view status with cline hub plugins. Use cline hub plugins --reload <plugin> to re-import a failing plugin without restarting the hub. Model catalog refresh adds AI/ML API, LowRouter, Prime Inference and new default models for providers such as Claude Haiku 5.5 and GPT-6.1 Sol.
Cline 4.1.24 adds conversation outline UI and expands model defaults
Cline now shows a left-hand conversation outline of every prompt, letting you hover to preview and click to jump to any part of the conversation. A new Step 5 Preview entry appears in the free model list, and the v0 provider now offers only its default model. Default models for dozens of providers have been switched to Claude Haiku 5.5, Muse Wonder 1.0, or other new options, and OpenCode Go now uses an inference endpoint.
