Cline 3.0.72 adds new providers and updates model defaults

Cline 3.0.72 refreshes the model catalog, adding Boundless and Standard Compute providers and making MiniMax M3 the default for SambaNova. The recommended list now features Gemini 4 Argon and drops Grok 4.7. The free tier replaces Step 5 Preview with Nemotron 3.5 Super VL. Default models across services are updated, including Gemini 4 Argon for Prime Inference and Nemotron 3.5 Super VL for Nvidia.
