The new Pets Quick Chat lets you type a message in the pet controls and send it with Enter, using Option+Space (macOS) or Windows+Alt+P (Windows). You can hide the pet, choose a companion, or reset its size from Settings. The new Appshots on Windows captures the frontmost window’s screenshot and text and sends it to a selected chat via a customizable shortcut. On macOS you can also send an appshot automatically from the pet controls. New shortcuts let you open files from a conversation’s Sources panel and assign a Codex Micro key to insert reusable text without sending.
