Kilo Code v7.4.21 through v7.5.6 brought major improvements to agent workflows, voice input, and pull request management, making multi-project development and code review significantly more efficient.
Agent and Workflow Management
- Agent Manager pull request actions: Resolve or unresolve review threads and navigate directly to comments within pull requests.
- Inline edits display: Edits now appear in a side panel instead of separate tabs, with multi-file patches opening all changed files at once.
- Background subagents: Run automatically by default with notifications and appear in a collapsible header strip for easy monitoring.
- Worktree references: Use an @ picker to reference other Agent Manager worktrees, sharing paths, branches, and session IDs without diffs or chat history.
- Model and reasoning configuration: Set model and reasoning variants per workflow in Agent Behaviour settings.
Code Review and Collaboration
- Enhanced PR review comments: Resolved threads collapse into compact rows, display replies per thread, and offer quick actions like Send to agent and Resolve on each card.
- Review command improvements: The /review slash command now suggests nested options and supports staged, unpushed, and quick review modes.
- Review comments in chat: Review comments display directly in chat with expandable previews for better context.
Interface and Input
- Voice input: Bound to Cmd/Ctrl+K in the Kilo prompt and review comment fields with hold-to-talk and release-to-send support.
- Search across worktrees: Search now spans the latest 5,000 chats across your worktree family, displaying the best 50 matches in the sidebar and Agent Manager.
