MCP URL-mode elicitation now lets servers request Claude Code to open browser-based flows without leaving a waiting dialog on screen. AGENTS.md support now works on Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Foundry, LLM gateways, and sessions with telemetry disabled. Claude Code on the web gained a Fast mode switch in the composer's model menu for cloud sessions on eligible plans.
